摘　　要：目的评价乳突区带蒂皮瓣修复耳廓腹侧皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法 11例耳廓腹侧肿物切除术后患者,采用耳后乳突区带蒂皮瓣贯穿耳廓修复耳廓腹侧皮肤缺损。结果本组患者术后皮瓣均存活,术后10天拆线,皮瓣色泽良好,耳廓外形良好。结论耳后乳突区带蒂皮瓣贯穿耳廓修复耳廓腹侧皮肤缺损的手术操作简单易行,皮瓣易存活,供皮区位置隐匿,是修补耳廓腹侧皮肤缺损较理想的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of repairing ventral auricular defect with mastoid region pedicle flap.Method 11 cases of postoperative auricular defect had been repaired by mastoid region pedicle flap. Result The stitches were taken out 10 days after the surgery, and the flap were all survival with good color and luster. The auricle showed fine shape. Conclusion The procedure was simple to be mastered and the flap was easy to survival. The donor scar was hidden. It is an ideal choice for reconstructventral auricular defect.
