摘  要:目的研究通脉不同部位抗血小板聚集和抗体外血栓作用。方法采用二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导家兔血小板聚集,测定通脉不同部位对血小板聚集的抑制率;采用体外血栓法、全血血块法,观察通脉不同部位的抗血栓作用。结果通脉石油醚部位和正丁醇部位有显著的抑制血小板聚集和抗血栓作用,高剂量石油醚部位和正丁醇部位对血小板聚集抑制率及体外血栓溶解率均>50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高剂量正丁醇部位48 h全血凝块溶解率>65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通脉石油醚部位和正丁醇部位具有较强的抗血小板聚集和抗血栓作用。Objective To study the active site of Tongmai for antiplatelet aggregation and antithrombosis.Methods The inhibition rates of platelet aggregation of different parts were determined by ADP-induced platelet aggregation of rabbit.The antithrombosis of dif-ferent fractions were observed by means of thrombus in vitro and whole blood gore.Results The petroleum ether fraction and the n-bu-tanol fraction have significant inhibition of platelet aggregation and thrombosis,the platelet agglutination inhibition rates and the thrombus dissolution rates of petroleum ether fraction and n-butanol fraction at high dosage were both superior to 50%(P 〈0.01).The whole blood gore dissolution rate of n-butanol fraction at high dosage was more than 65%(P 〈0.01).Conclusions The petroleum e-ther fraction and n-butanol fraction have significant inhibition of platelet aggregation and thrombosis.
