摘 要:2007—2014年期间对浙江省某医疗废物焚烧厂(MWI)周边土壤二噁英含量和指纹特征分布进行跟踪调查,研究焚烧运行排放的二噁英对周边土壤的影响程度.结果表明,运行前医疗废物焚烧厂周边2.4 km范围内土壤二噁英基线含量为1.09 ng·kg^(-1)(以I-TEQ计),运行后土壤二噁英含量逐年增加,且距离烟囱500 m范围内增加幅度明显.2014年焚烧炉周边的土壤二噁英平均含量为7.05 ng·kg^(-1)(以I-TEQ计),为基线含量(2007年)的6.47倍.且由主成分分析结果可知,土壤二噁英的指纹特征分布随着运行时间的增加趋向于焚烧排放的二噁英指纹特征,2011年和2014年的土壤采样点与焚烧源位置最接近,焚烧厂正常工况排放的烟气及飞灰和启炉工况下的烟气二噁英对周边土壤的影响程度较大.The dioxin concentrations and distributions in soil surrounding a medical waste incinerator( MWI) in Zhejiang Province were investigated from2007 to 2014 to investigate the hazardous impact of dioxins emitted from the MWI on soil. The results showed that the baseline concentration of dioxins in soil within the scope of 2.4 km around the incinerator was 1. 09 ng( I-TEQ)·kg-1. The dioxin concentrations in soil increased year by year after the operation of MWI,especially within the distance of 500 m. The dioxin concentration in soil increased to 7.05 ng( I-TEQ)·kg-1in 2014,6.47 times the baseline concentration in 2007. According to the results of PCA,the dioxin fingerprint characteristics distribution of soil were similar to that of the MWI.The soil samples in 2011 and 2014 were very close to samples both in the flue gas and the ash of the MWI. The dioxin of flue gas and ash emitted from MWI during normal and startup operation had a great effect on soil.
