摘  要:比较了聚醚砜膜(PES)、聚砜膜(PSF)、聚氯乙烯膜(PVC)过滤聚丙烯酰胺、腐植酸、牛血清蛋白以及聚氯化铝等典型污染物时的过滤特性,扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角仪等对膜的形态、亲水性等进行了表征。结果表明,在研究的几种膜中,PES膜表面接触角在22 s时间内由初始的42.1°迅速地下降到0°,PSF、PVC膜表面接触角在200 s时间内分别由初始的72.4°、57.7°下降到47.6°、36.4°;PSF膜的亲水性最差,其过滤过程中受污染程度严重且难清洗,过滤大部分污染物时其过滤阻力主要表现在浓差极化阻力;PVC膜的亲水性次之,但其受污染较轻且膜性能清洗恢复效果最好,过滤阻力主要表现在堵孔阻力;PES膜的亲水性最好,过滤过程中其受污染程度相对较轻且较易清洗,过滤阻力主要表现在堵孔阻力。The filtration characteristics of polyether sulfone(PES) membrane, polysulfone(PSF) membrane, polyvinyl chloride(PVC) membrane to typical pollutants such as polyacrylamide, humic acid, bovine serum albumin and polyaluminium chloride were compared. The morphologies and hydrophilicity of the membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and contact angle. The result shown that the water contact angles of the PES membrane dropped quickly from initial 42.1° to 0° in 22 s. The water contact angles of the PSF and PVC membrane dropped from initial 72.4°, 57.7°to 47.6°, 36.4° respectively in 200 s.The hydrophilicity of PSF was the worst in the three kinds of membranes, and it was observed more vulnerably to be polluted and with poor cleaning effect in the filtration process. The filtration resi stance contributed mainly by the concentration polarization resistance for most of the pollutants. The hydrophilicity of PVC membrane took a second place, but it's cleaning was the easiest after contaminated.The filtration resistance was mainly manifested in blocking resistance. The hydrophilicity of PES membrane was the best. Pollution of PES membrane was relatively light and easy to be cleaned in the process of filtration. Its resistance was mainly manifested in blocking resistance.
