摘  要:某印染集聚区设计规模2×10^4 t/d废水预处理工程采用浅层气浮-水解-NSBR-高密度澄清池-纳管工艺处理印染废水。污泥采用离心浓缩脱水机脱水处理,平均污泥产出量在15 t/d,万吨废水污泥产量10 t/d左右。为实现污泥的过程减量,此工程利用微生物菌剂和后生动物的协同作用消解活性污泥。1年的运行结果表明,在不影响污水出水水质前提下,此污泥减量工程实现污泥减量效果达到28%,并且没有显著增加废水处理的运行费用。A 20 000 t /d wastewater treatment project in a dyeing industrial district adopted air flotation-hydrolysis-NSBR-high density clarifiers-nanotube process for dyeing wastewater treatment. Excess activated sludge was treated by centrifugal dewatering process. The average daily volume of sludge output was 15 t and the tons of water sludge production was about 10 t. To achieve sludge in-situ reduction process, this project used the synergistic effect of microbial agents and metazoan for activated sludge digestion. Over one year operation showed that about 28% of excess sludge was reduced without affecting sewage effluent quality. In addition, the operating cost of wastewater treatment was not significantly increased.
