摘  要:目的研究高海拔下低氧对高原鼠兔氧解离曲线(ODC)关键因子的影响。方法以高原鼠兔为研究对象,模拟2.3、5.0、8.0 km海拔的低氧条件,经连续低氧处理鼠兔14、25 d后,从颈总动脉取血,用血气分析仪测定高原鼠兔的氧分压、血红蛋白的氧饱和度、p H等参数;根据希尔方程计算出n、K、P_(50)值等关键因子,绘制ODC曲线。结果与结论低氧环境下,高原鼠兔的P_(50)值均下降,"S"形ODC曲线左移、中段坡度明显陡峭而延长,可满足机体对氧气的需要。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of hypoxia on the key factors in oxygen dissolution curve (ODC) of the plateau pika inhabiting high altitude. METHODS Plateau pikas were used to study objects in simulated hypoxia conditions respectively at 2.3, 5.0,8. 0 km and the time lasted for 14 d and 25 d. The blood gas analyzer was used to test blood sample collected from common carotid artery (CCA) and measure the O2 partial pressure,the Oz saturation and pH and so on. The n,K and P50 based on Hill equation were worked out and then, the curve of ODC could be drawn. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The result showed that in hypoxia,P50 of plateau pikas was on the downfall, "S" model of ODC shifted leftward and the middle part of the slope was obviously steep and prolonged. Plateau pikas living in hypoxia provide enough oxygen for its organism by lowering P50 and shifting ODC leftward.
