大金花草与小金花草的显微特征比较

摘　　要：目的比较大、小金花草的显微鉴别特征。方法制备各部位的石蜡切片及粉末片,于显微镜下观察并拍照。结果大金花草的孢子为一侧凹陷的卵球形,根茎具有周韧型管状中柱1个,中央有髓,叶柄具1个U形维管束,叶表皮细胞壁不增厚;小金花草的孢子为球形或类三角形的四面体,根茎分体中柱周韧型,叶柄基部具2个维管束,叶表皮细胞外壁略增厚。结论两者的显微鉴别特征明显,可作为大、小金花草的鉴别依据。OBJECTIVE To campare the microscopic identification characteristics of Stenoloma chusana（ L. ） Ching with Onychium japonicum（ Thunb. ）Kze.. METHODS The paraffin sections and powder tablets were prepared, and were observed and pictured under the microscope. RESULTS The spore of S. chttsana was ovate - spherical with one side hollow in shape while the spore of O. japonicum looked like spherical or subtriangular tetrahedron. The rhizome of S. chusana had amphicribral tubular vaseular bundle with pith tissue in the middle. O. japonicum has amphicribral meristele. The petiole of S. chusana had one U shaped vascular bundle but O. japonicum had two vascular bundle in petiole base without U shape. Foliage epidermis cells of the former were thin walls however the latter＇s were a little thicker walls. CONCLUSION The microscopic identification characters are obvious, and can be used to distinguish S. chusana and O. japonicum.
