摘 要:目的采用ICP-MS法测定同一生产基地不同采收期苦丁茶中Cr、Cu、As、Cd、Sn、Sb、Hg、Pb的含量。方法用微波-硝酸消解法处理苦丁茶,在线加入Y元素作为内标来校正样品的基本效应和仪器信号漂移可能对测试过程造成的影响。结果各元素在一定浓度范围内的线性关系良好,r为0.9992~0.9999,RSD为0.02%~2.39%;8种重金属的检出限均≤0.03μg·L^(-1),回收率为96.78%~103.95%。结论苦丁茶中8种重金属元素的含量均符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》和《中国药典》的标准。OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of Cr, Cu, As, Cd, Sn, Sb, Hg, Pb in the leaves of llex kudingcha C.J. Tseng in different harvests in Guangxi by ICP - MS. METHODS Microwave - nitric acid digested system was used to completely decompose the organic compounds effectually. Internal standard Y element was added on line to correct the basic effect and instrument signal drift, which may cause errors in the process of test. RESULTS All the elements have good hnear relationship in a certain range of concen- tration, and the correlation coefficient ranged from 0. 9992 - 0.9999, and the RSD were between 0.02 to 2.39. The detection limit of these heavy metals was less than 0.03μg·L^-1 , and the recovery was 96.78% - 103.95%. CONCLUSION According to Green Trade Standards of Importing Exporting Medicinal Plants Preparations and Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the contents of eight heavy metals elements in the leaves of I. kudingcha were eligible.
