摘  要:目的采用HPLC法测定牡丹皮中三没食子酰葡萄糖和五没食子酰葡萄糖的含量。方法采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱,流速0.8 m L·min^(-1),检测波长274 nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。结果三没食子酰葡萄糖0.068~0.680μg(r=0.9994)、五没食子酰葡萄糖0.604~6.040μg(r=0.9997)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,二者的平均加样回收率分别为99.31%、99.11%,RSD分别为1.48%、1.22%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、准确、稳定、灵敏度高,可用于牡丹皮药材的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To detect trigalloyi glucose and pentagalloyl glucose in Moutan cortex by HPLC. METHODS Agilent TC - C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous formic acid with gradient elution at a flow - rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 274 nm with the injection volume of 10 μL and the column temperature of 25 ℃. RESULTS That trigalloyi glucose and pentagalloyl had a good linearity between 0.068 - 0.680 μg ( r = 0.9994) and 0. 604 - 6. 040 μg ( r = 0. 9997 ), respectively. The average recovery rates of them were 99.31% with the RSD of 1.48% ( n = 9 ) and 99.11% with the RSD of 1.22% ( n = 9 ), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and highly sensitive, and it is suitable for the quality control of Moutan cortex.
