摘  要:150只雏鸡被随机分为空白对照组、模型组及丹参多糖高、中、低剂量组,采用灌服CCL4建立急性肝损伤实验动物模型,分别给雏鸡饮水不同浓度丹参多糖进行预防及治疗给药。对比雏鸡肝脏系数,检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)的含量以及肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果显示与空白对照组比较,模型组雏鸡TP、Alb含量明显降低(P<0.05),肝指数、ALT、AST、MDA均显著增高(P<0.05)。而丹参多糖各剂量组血清TP、Alb含量,AST、ALT活性和肝组织中的MDA含量与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05),与正常组相比无明显差异。说明丹参多糖对四氯化碳所致雏鸡肝损伤有明显的保护作用。One hundred and fifty chickens were randomly divided into normal control group, model group,high dose SMPS group(2 g/L) ,middle dose SMPS group(1 g/L) and low dose SMPS group (0.5 g/L). Control group was intragastrically administrated 2.0 mL/kg oil and other groups were given 2.0 mL/kg 50% CCL4 to establish the acute liver injury model,and different doses of SMPS were taken by drinking for prevention and treatment. Then liver index, such as ALT, AST, TP, Alb in serum and MDA in liver were detected. The results showed that compared with the control group,the content of TP,Alb of model group were decreased significantly(P〈0. 05) ,and the levels of ALT,AST,MDA were increased significantly(P〈0. 05). While the above data of SMPS groups were just the reverse. Compared with the model group, the contents of TP,Alb in model group were increased significantly(P〈0.05),and the levels ALT,AST,MDA were decreased significantly(P〈0. 05), and had no significantly different with control group. SMPS has apparent protective effect on CCL4 induced acute liver injury.
