摘  要:目的:优选纳米TiO_2壳聚糖中草药复方涂膜保鲜剂配方,观测其对草莓果实采后的保鲜效果。方法:由抑菌试验筛选出最佳的中草药复配剂,将其与成膜剂壳聚糖、助膜剂纳米TiO_2及Vc制成复方保鲜剂,采用响应面试验优化复方保鲜剂配伍,测定处理后的草莓果实生理指标来判定保鲜效果。结果:抑菌试验表明,中草药三复方抑菌率显著高于二复方和单方。响应面试验得到的最佳配方为:复方活性物质0.43%(蒲公英、黄花蒿、太行菊的质量比为1:1:1)、壳聚糖1.75%、纳米TiO_20.05%、Vc2.00%。处理后的草莓果实失重显著减慢,且Vc含量的下降也得到了较好的控制。结论:纳米TiO_2壳聚糖复方涂膜保鲜剂可显著提高草莓的保鲜效果。This study is to optimize the formulation of the herbal composite films of nano TiO2 chitosan, and to study its effect on the preservation of strawberry fruit after harvest. The best Chinese herbal medicine composite agent was screened out from the antibacterial experiment, and the compound preservative agent was prepared with the films forming agent chitosan, the films helping agent nano TiO2, and the Vc. The response surface experiment was used to optimize the compatibility of composite preservative agent. The physiological indexes were measured to determine the effect of preservation. The results showed that the antibacterial rate of three Chinese herbal composite was significantly higher than two composite and one. The results of response surface test showed that the best composite contain 0.43% Chinese herbal extracts(the quality ratio of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand, Artemisia annua and Taihang chrysanthemum is 1:1:1), 1.75% chitosan, 0.05% nano TiO2 and 2.00% Vc. The weight loss andVc content of strawberry significantly slowed down after treatment. The preservative effect of nano TiO2 chitosan composite films significantly improve the preservation of strawberry.
