摘  要:宝钢3号高炉停炉以后,对高炉的炉体侵蚀情况进行了系统的调查,结合调查结果,重点从高炉长寿设计、不同炉役时期的高炉操作和长寿维护等三个方面,阐述了3号高炉的长寿经验。认为3号高炉能够取得一代炉役寿命19年、单位炉容产铁量1.57万t/m^3的长寿业绩,一是高炉长寿设计,为长寿奠定了基础;二是高炉操作上保持长期的炉况稳定顺行,为长寿提供了重要保障;三是炉役后期加强高炉的长寿维护,为长寿起到了关键性作用。The corrosion situation of Baosteel's No. 3 blast furnace body was investigated in detail after the blast furnace was blown out. Focusing on long campaign design, BF operation at different stages of campaign and furnace maintenance, the pa- per introduces the experience of long campaign practice according to the investigation result, and points out that 19 years fur- nace Campaign and 15700t/m3 specific vdume output achieved in Baosteel's No. 3 blast furnace are benefited from long cam- paign design, i0ng time smooth and stable operation realized by appropriate regulations at different stages and effective main- tenance at post stage of furnace campaign.
