摘　　要：基于对TFT-LCD基板玻璃窑炉复杂的结构和工艺的综合考虑,以配合料和玻璃液表面为中介,利用ANSYS软件对火焰空间和玻璃液空间分别进行模拟。模拟具有可靠的收敛标准,模拟结果与实际情况非常吻合。Considering the comprehensive consideration of complicated structure and process of TFT- LCD substrate glass furnace, with material and liquid glass surface as the medium, the ANSYS software was respectively used to simulate the flame space and the glass space. The simulation had a reliable convergence criterion, and the simulation results were accurate very well.
