摘 要:针对汽轮机汽封漏汽严重问题,分析了梳齿汽封、侧齿汽封和蜂窝汽封工作机理及其泄漏量,据此,以某600 MW机组汽轮机汽封为例进行改造,将该汽封由原传统梳齿汽封改为蜂窝汽封和侧齿汽封,并进行了机组热力性能试验验证。结果表明:采用侧齿汽封和蜂窝汽封替换原汽轮机梳齿汽封后,汽轮机热耗率较改造前降低了249.74kJ/(kW·h),改造效果良好。To solve the severe steam leakage problem caused by flow path steam seals and ensure the safety and economic operation of steam turbine units, the working mechanism and air leakage amount of labyrinth seal, side tooth seal and honeycomb seal were investigated. On this basis, the transformation were carried out for steam seals in a 600 MW unit. The original conventional labyrinth seal were modified into flank steam seal and honeycomb seal. Moreover, the unit thermal performance test was performed to verify the retrofitting effect. The results show that,after the modification,the heat consumption rate of the steam tur- bine decreased by 249.74 kJ/(kW·h),indicating the steam seal modification effect is well.
