摘 要:针对目前常规汞吸附剂在应用中的瓶颈,本文提出了采用在飞灰中喷入磁珠脱除烟气中单质汞的新思路并结合我国燃煤中氯含量较低的问题,基于大量实验结果提出了相应的增强磁珠脱汞能力的方法,在此基础上,设计了磁珠控制燃煤烟气汞排放的工艺路线,即磁珠的磁选分离→磁珠催化剂的制备→将磁珠在电除尘器最后一级电场前喷入烟气中捕获零价汞→除尘器将磁珠和细粒子飞灰从烟气中捕获→磁珠再次从飞灰中磁选分离→磁珠活化/再生并回收资源化利用释放的汞→磁珠的循环使用。以磁珠为载体,负载活性组分(Co_3O_4或CuCl_2),能够显著增强磁珠的脱汞能力,并适用于低氯或无氯烟气环境中汞的捕获,同时合成的催化剂具有良好的再生循环性能。该工艺可在高效、低成本脱除烟气中Hg0的同时,有效避免吸附态汞的二次释放污染。To avoid the application limitations of the conventional mercury adsorbents,this paper proposed a new idea using magnetic beads from fly ash to oxidize and adsorb the elemental mercury in flue gas. Com- bing with the problem that the chlorine content in Chinese coal is relatively low, the methods to enhance the mercury capture efficiency of the magnetic beads were developed, on the basis of abundant experimental results. It found that the Co3 Or and CuClz modified magnetic beads present good mercury removal capacity as well as regeneration performance, which is a potential recyclable cost-efficiency catalyst for mercury re- moval from low chlorine coal combustion flue gas. On this basis,a feasible technological process for the ap- plication of magnetic beads was proposed.the separation of magnetic beads from fly ashes→ the synthesis of magnetic beads→ the injection of magnetic beads into flue gas to capture mercury→ the collection of spent catalyst by particulate control devices→ the recovery of spent catalyst from fly ash→ the regenera- tion of spent sorbent→ the recycle of regenerated catalyst. This process can capture the elemental mercury from the flue gas with high efficiency and low cost,and effectively avoid the secondarv release and pollution of the absorbed mercury as well.
