摘  要:以西门子V94.3燃气-蒸汽联合循环系统为例,采用Aspen Plus软件对该系统投运性能加热器后燃气预热温度变化对联合循环性能的影响进行了模拟计算。结果表明:投运性能加热器预热天然气后,燃气轮机(燃机)效率提升了0.15%,联合循环效率上升了0.06%,排烟温度下降了1.98℃;并且随着燃气预热温度的提高,燃机效率和联合循环效率上升,联合循环排烟温度下降。Gas preheating is an important way to improve cycle efficiency and maintain stable combustion. In this paper,the Simens V94.3 gas-stem combined cycle system was simulated to analyze the influence of gas preheating temperature on performance of the combined cycle after the performance heater was installed, by using the Aspen Plus software. The results show that, the application of the performance heater can in- crease the gas turbine efficiency by O. 15% and the combined cycle efficiency by O. 06% ,and reduce the ex- haust temperature by 1.98℃. Moreover,as the gas preheating temperature rises,the efficiency of the gas turbine and the combined cycle grows, and the exhaust temperature drops.
