摘  要:不同磨制方式下的混煤燃烧特性存在差异,这会对锅炉的正常运行产生影响。对此,本文利用同步热分析系统对烟煤和贫煤在2种磨制方式下分别制成的混煤进行实验研究,采用综合燃烧指标差异性相对值和加权值分析了磨制方式、含氧量对混煤燃烧特性的影响,并进行了活化能、指前因子等动力学参数计算和分析。结果表明:不同磨制方式下混煤燃烧特性存在明显差异,磨制方式对燃烧初期的影响最大;提高含氧量可以降低燃烧的差异性,并将燃烧差异最小的劣质煤掺混比例提高10%;混煤燃烧符合一级反应,并存在动力学补偿效应。Combustion characteristics of blended coal entered into boiler furnace has obvious difference when applying different pulverizing methods, which affects normal operation of the boiler. Experimental study was performed on combustion characteristics of the mixture of bituminous coal and lean coal, by using sim- ultaneous thermal analyzer,with two pulverizing methods. The relative value and weight of the comprehen- sive combustion index difference were adopted to analyze the effects of pulverizing method and oxygen con- centration on combustion characteristics of the coal mixtures. Moreover, the kinetic parameters such as ac- tivation energy and frequency factor were also calculated. The results show that, the pulverizing method has a effect on combustion characteristics of the blended coals, especially in initial stage of combustion. Increas- ing the oxygen concentration can decrease the combustion characteristics difference of the blended coals, and the mixed ratio of inferior coal with the minimum combustion characteristics difference will be in- creased by 10 %. The combustion of blended coal is the first-order reaction, which has kinetic compensation effect.
