摘　　要：要核级预过滤器作为空气净化机组的第一道过滤屏障,起到保护整个净化系统和部件,以及减轻高效粒子空气(HEPA)过滤器粒子负荷的作用。通过研究国内外标准,详细分析设计涵盖各标准的核级预过滤器性能鉴定试验及装置,并进行试验验证。最终研制了满足各项鉴定试验要求的核级预过滤器。The Safety Related Pro-filter is the first protective barrier for the air-cleaning units. It plays an important role in protecting the whole air-cleaning systems and components, and reduces the particulate loading to HEPA filters. Through study of the domestic and foreign standards, design the performance requirements items and test apparatus. Finally verify the performance of the safety related pre-filter meet the requirements state in this paper.
