摘 要:针对柴油机漏电流式颗粒物传感器的基本原理和控制策略,利用发动机台架试验提供的环境边界进行大量有限元模拟,验证了传感器在响应阶段长期工作的可靠性。研究柴油机标定工况恶劣的尾气环境对传感器局部温度和热应力的影响时发现外界对流传热系数的增加利大于弊。发动机冷起动阶段传感器的热应力先增大后减小,加热功率约为60W时可以保证传感器安全快速地进入响应阶段。A great many simulations of a current-leak PM sensor were conducted by ANSYS based on its capacitance theory and control logic with environmental boundaries obtained from diesel engine bench tests in order to analyze the factors that affect the reliability of such sensor during its response phase. The effects of environment on the local temperature and thermal stress of the sensor at engine full load is tested and investigated. The results show that the increase of external convection coefficient contributes to the reduction of local temperature, the thermal stress of the sensor goes through an accretion phase and a subsequence drop phase during engine cold starting, and that the appropriate heating power of the sensor is about 60 W which can guarantee a quick and safe turning of the sensor into its response phase.
