摘 要:针对某种普通压气机采用数值模拟和试验相结合的方法进行了不同正负预旋压气机性能特性的研究,获得了不同正负预旋角对压气机性能的影响规律,详细分析了产生这些影响的内部流动机制。研究结果表明:正预旋可以最大拓宽压气机的喘振流量18%,最高效率提高了2%;负预旋可以最大拓宽压气机的阻塞流量5%,而最高效率下降了7%。For a common compressor, its performance characteristics with different positive and negative pre-whirls were analyzed by utilizing numerical simulation and experimentation. The influences of different positive and negative pre-whirl angles on compressor performances were acquired, and the internal flow mechanism which causes the influences was analyzed in detail. The results show that the positive pre-whirl can enlarge compressor surge mass flow and maximum efficiency by 18% and 2% respectively, and that the negative pre-whirl can enlarge choke mass flow by about 5%, but with maximum efficiency reduced by 7%.
