摘  要:针对4102ZLQ柴油机润滑系统存在的摇臂轴承供油不足及磨损严重的问题,提出一种新的摇臂轴承供油方式,并结合理论分析、仿真模拟及试验验证,对柴油机润滑系统进行研究分析。研究结果表明,机油压力仿真结果与试验值趋势一致,最大误差在8%以内,证明了仿真模型的准确性;改进后摇臂轴承处稳态压力相比于原机增幅明显,最大达到了74%;摇臂轴承处机油流量与原机相比平均增幅9%;摇臂轴承处油压波动幅度减小,平均油压约为70kPa,比原机提高近一倍;进排气摇臂轴磨损量分别比原机下降约93%和84%。Aiming at the practical problems of insufficient oil supply and severe wear of rocker arm bearings in the 4102ZLQ diesel lubricating system, a new kind of rocker arm bearing oiling method was put forward, and the lubricating system was analyzed by use of theoretical analysis, together with simulation and experimental verification. The results show that the oil pressure simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental values, and the maximum error is less than 8%, proving the accuracy of the simulation model acceptable. Compared to the original engine, the steady oil pressure growth at the rocker bearings obviously increases, with a maximum amount of 74%; the average oil flow rate at the rocker arm bearings increases by 9%; the bearing oil pressure fluctuation decreases with an average pressure of about 70 kPa,which is approximately twice as much as the original; the intake and exhaust rocker arm shaft wear is decreased by about 93% and 84% respectively.
