摘 要:针对常规瓦形表贴式磁极产生近似矩形的空载气隙磁密,导致感应电势谐波含量较高、转矩脉动大,以及表贴式永磁体在转子装配过程中易磕碰受损等问题,提出一种在瓦片形永磁体表面加装导磁极靴的双曲磁极结构。通过对双曲磁极的空载气隙磁密波形畸变率和齿槽转矩波形的分析,建立双曲磁极结构参数化模型。以齿槽转矩最小化和电磁转矩最大化为优化目标,采用云遗传策略(CGS)优化设计一台表贴式双曲磁极永磁电机,优化结果表明电机的齿槽转矩等各项指标都有所改善。最后,利用有限元仿真方法以及样机测试的方法进行验证,结果均证明了双曲极靴磁极结构及其优化设计方法的正确性。Approximately rectangular no-load air-gap flux density waveform of traditional tile surface mounted permanent magnet motor had high harmonic content in the back EMF, large torque ripple and easy to bump damage in the rotor assembly process, a novel surface mount hyperboloidal pole structure composed of permanent magnet and magnetic metal shoe was presented. Then, no-load air-gap flux density and cogging torque was calculated, and the corresponding harmonics and sinusoidal distortion rate of air- gap flux density were obtained by Fourier decomposition. Build the hyperbolidal pole structure parameters of the mode. Taking minimizing the cogging torque and maximizing the electromagnetic torque as the target, this paper design a surface mounted hyperboloidal pole permanent magnet motor by cloud genetic strategies (CGS). The design results show that cogging torque and other performance are better than initial model. At last, the simulation is made according to finite element method. The no-load and load test also made after built the prototype motor. Both the results of finite-element simulation and test are verified the design modeling and the optimal method correctly.
