超/特高压均压环抱箍固定方法研究

摘  要:针对超/特高压电网中焊接固定均压环的开焊断裂问题,提出抱箍固定的解决方法。通过建模计算,分析了抱箍设计的显著影响因素并确定抱箍主要设计参数及相应的选择依据和取值范围;针对加装抱箍导致的固定处局部电场畸变问题,运用绝缘覆层技术理论分析了最大场强与覆层厚度及介电常数的变化关系,提出了导电橡胶-绝缘橡胶双覆层优化措施并建模计算验证,结果表明,均压环抱箍固定能满足工程技术要求。Against the welding cracking of the grading ring fixed by welding way in E/UHV grid, an alternativeapproach to fixing installation by holding hoop is proposed. The modeling calculation analysiswas adopted to find the main factors and choose the design parameters of the hold hoop, and its selection reasons and ranges are also decided. To theaberrance of the local electric field resulted from the hold-loops installation, the theory of insulation coating technology wasappliedto analyze the relationship among the maximal field strength, coating thicknessand dielectric constants, so the dual cladding optimization measurement of electric rubber and insulation rubber wasbrought forward and validated by modeling calculation. The results show thatthe grading ring with hoop installation way sufficesthe technical requirements of engineering application.
