摘 要:在石煤钒矿中,冶炼方法的选择关键是由钒在该类矿石中的赋存状态决定的。要将钒浸出,首先必须破坏晶格结构,使赋存在晶格结构中的钒释放出来。在焙烧过程中采用不同的控温制度,使焙烧脱碳阶段在550℃时保持30min,氧化阶段在850℃时保持40min,不但脱碳彻底,而且提高了钒的转浸率。在浸出过程中添加助浸剂B,控制酸浓度20%、助浸剂用量B2%、液固比2:1、温度90℃、浸出时间12h,可使转浸率高达85%以上。此方法适合空白焙烧、钠法焙烧、钙法焙烧、钡法焙烧等焙烧工艺产生的焙烧球,尤其适合于V(Ⅲ)达80%~90%及以上的矿物以及矿物颗粒极细微、嵌布关系复杂的钒云母矿物。For the bone coal vanadium ore, the choice of smelting methods is determined by the existing form of vanadium. In order to recover vanadium, the ore lattice structure must be destroyed to release vanadium. In the blank roasting stage, two temperature control system were used. In the decarbonization process, the temperature was kept at 550℃ for 30 min, and in the oxidation process, the temperature was kept at 850℃ for 40 min, which removed carbon thoroughly and enhanced the leach rate of vanadium. Compared with the prior technology, the blank roasting with different temperature control system had many advantages, such as avoiding the reduction of oxidized vanadium and eliminating the effect of carbon content, which was suitable for almost all kinds of coal vanadium ore. In the acid leaching stage, aiding leaching agent B was added to the system to promote the leaching reaction. The aiding leaching agent B can react with the silicate in vanadium ore, thus destroyed its crystal structure and released the vanadium. Through a series of experiments, the optimal conditions were confirmed. Under the condition of acid concentrate being 20%, the dosage of B being 2%, the liquid-solid ratio being 2: 1, the temperature being 90℃, the leaching time being 9 h, the leaching rate reached as high as 85%. The method is applicable for the indurated pellets produced from the blank roasting, sodium roasting, calcium roasting and barium roasting, especially applicable for vanadium ores with V(Ⅲ) as much as 80%-90%, as well as roscoelite with fine particle and complex dissemination.
