摘 要:采用液相沉淀法制备了N,N-二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸修饰的Cd S纳米粒子,利用FTIR、XRD和SEM对其形貌与结构进行了表征,并利用MHK-500A环-块摩擦磨损试验机研究了Cd S纳米粒子含量和不同润滑条件对聚四氟乙烯基粘结固体润滑涂层摩擦学性能的影响.结果表明:所合成的Cd S纳米粒子大小均匀,粒径为20~30 nm;且Cd S纳米粒子能够改善涂层的摩擦学性能,当Cd S纳米粒子的添加质量分数为5%时,涂层的摩擦学性能最佳,摩擦系数和耐磨寿命分别为0.256和490 m/μm;与干摩擦相比,RP-3航空煤油润滑下涂层具有较低的摩擦系数和较长的耐磨寿命,且航空煤油有益于涂层承载能力的提高,使涂层在1 000 N的载荷下仍具有较好的摩擦学性能.CdS nanoparticles modified by N, N-dioctyldithiocarbamate were prepared by liquid phase precipitation method, and were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. An MHK-500A ring-block friction-wear tester was employed to investigate the effects of CdS nanoparticles contents and lubricating conditions on tribological properties of the PTFE based bonded solid lubricant coating. The results indicate that CdS nanoparticles were uniform, and the grain size was 2030nm. The lubricant coatings filled with CdS nanoparticles showed better tribological properties than the original coating under dry friction. Moreover, the coating with 5% CdS nanoparticles showed the best tribological properties. The average friction coefficient and wear lifetime were 0.256 and 490 m/μm, respectively. Compared to that under dry friction, the solid lubricant coating presented lower friction coefficient, longer wear lifetime and a load-carrying capacity of at least 1000 N under RP-3 aviation kerosene lubrication.
