摘  要:利用底吹炉的氧势梯度理论,对废铅泥硫酸盐物料进行熔炼,得到易于治理的高浓度二氧化硫烟气、再生铅和含铅量低的弃渣。铅膏经直接脱硫还原后,脱硫率达98%以上,铅回收率高,熔炼强度大,可大规模处理物料,从而进一步降低成本。By using the theory of the oxygen potential gradient in the bottom blowing furnace, the easily disposed high concentration of sulfur dioxide flue gas, secondary lead and low lead content slag were got through melting the scrap lead paste. Because the direct desulfurization rate of lead paste was over 98 %, the recovery rate was high, lead smelting intensity was high, large-scale treatment could be achieved, the cost could be further reduced.
