摘 要:采用单目视觉测量橡胶挤出件时,针对标定面与测量面不一致而导致测量精度低的问题,提出一种基于深度信息的橡胶挤出件外形尺寸测量方法.首先,根据测量对象外形特点,在直接线性变换方法(DLT)实现的相机标定基础上,提出一种具有高度差的视觉测量模型;然后,基于模型中深度信息,推导得出非标定面上对应像点坐标校正算法;最后,将该方法应用于橡胶挤出件外形尺寸测量.实验表明,所述方法可提高橡胶挤出件非标定面上的测量精度,使系统测量结果相对误差小于0.2%.A measurement method based on depth information was proposed to reduce the measuring error caused by the difference between measuring surface and calibration surface when using the monocular vi-sion measurement of rubber extrusions. Firstly, depending on the shape features of the measurement ob-ject, the visual measurement model with altitude difference which was based on the camera calibration re-alized by direct linear transformation ( DLT) was presented. Then an image point coordinate correction algorithm in non-calibration surface was deduced by the depth information of the object. Finally, the method was implemented on the dimensional measuring of rubber extrusions parts. The result revealed that the proposed method could improve measurement accuracy of rubber extrusions parts on the non-cali-bration surface, which made the system measurement relative error less than 0. 2%.
