摘　　要：马里兰大学的"重新展望图书馆学硕士项目"报告是其依据图书馆学内外环境变化,自我审视和反思的成果,值得图书馆人学习与深思。报告揭示了图书馆学发展的人本化思潮,跨学科发展趋势,教育职能、社会职能深化发展趋势,以及图书馆事业与创新创业紧密结合的发展趋势,并由此引发图书馆人新的思考,包括图书馆核心价值对新世纪发展的指导意义,对馆员综合素质及素养的重新定义,图书馆如何促进人类尤其是青少年的学习,图书馆如何融入社区参与构建知识型社区等。University of Marylands ＂Re-Envisioning the Master of Library Science＂ report is the research based on the university＇s envisioning and self-inspection according to the new environment, which is worth learning and thinking by librarians. The report enclosed several new trends in librari- anship, for example, community focus, multiply subjects, educational development and combination with creation and innovation. Based on the report, librarians should think the guiding meaning of librarianship core value for new century, how to define librarians role, how libraries promote community especially youth learning, and how library join in intellectual community construction.
