高校图书馆内部治理中的社会资本积累研究

摘　　要：内部社会资本是高校图书馆重要资本的组成部分,是保证其发展动力和活力的关键因素。优质的内部社会资本能够为高校图书馆提升团队凝聚力、降低内部管理成本以及促进创新发展创造有利条件。但在高校图书馆实际治理过程中,制度建设滞后、权力滥用、利益分配机制不完善以及信任缺失等因素严重制约了内部社会资本的积累。针对上述问题,图书馆可以从制度创新、权力规范、利益分配机制建设、建立内部互信、承担网络责任等方面着手完善,建立一套规范有效的内部社会资本积累机制,以促进高校图书馆内部治理水平的提升。Internal social capital is an important part of university library capital. It is the key factor to ensure the development. The accumulation of internal social capital in university library can save the university library＇s internal governance costs, enhance the library＇s internal cohesion and promote the university library＇s internal innovation. But in the university library internal governance process, due to insufficient supply of system, the anomie of power relations, the poor integration of the interests as well as the presence of trust crisis are the difficuhs for university library to accumulate internal social capital. According to these obstacles, library should improve system supply, coordinate power conflicts, adjust interest relation, construct the in- ternal trust and undertake network responsibility to promote the accumulation of social capital and to realize the promotion of the university library in- ternal governance.
