摘　　要：近年来高校机构知识库建设蓬勃发展,但在用户自存储方面存在一些问题,如发展路向不明晰、收录质量缺乏控制、用户态度不积极、版权问题影响用户自存储等。文章通过对这些问题的矛盾根源进行分析,有针对性地提出高校机构知识库建设策略。In recent years, university institutional repositories have been developed vigorously. However, some problems arise with the practice of us er self-archiving, such as the blindness of development direction, lack of control on article quality, the reluctance of self-archiving and the copyright problem. This paper tries to analyze the source factors of these problems and give suggestion of building university institutional repository.
