德日工匠精神形成的制度基础及其启示

摘　　要：德国与日本被广泛地认为是富有工匠精神的制造业强国,然而历史上它们的工业品也曾以"价廉质劣"为特征。因此,研究与总结德日制造业转型过程中工匠精神形成的制度基础,对中国工匠精神的培育具有重要的现实意义。Germany and Japan are widely believed as the manufacturing powers with the spirit of craftsman, however, historically their industrial products have also been characterized by ＂low price and poor quality＂. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for China＇s craftsman spirit cultivation to study and summarize the institutional foundation of the formation of craftsman＇ spirit in the process of industrial transformation in Germany and Japan .
