China's New Challenges and Concerns in the Procession of Participating Global Governance

摘　　要：中国参与全球治理面临着新的问题,提出了新的关切。这集中体现为以下五点:全球治理是当代中国对外战略的基石与轴心;"一带一路"倡议要服从于中国参与全球治理的总战略;提供更多全球公共物品是中国积极参与全球治理的理性选择;整体治理观是中国认知和推进全球治理的理念支撑;倡导人类命运共同体是中国推进全球治理的特殊责任与贡献。本文从战略与实践、理念与价值层面审视、分析了上述问题。China is facing several new challenges in the procession of participating global governance,which arouse china 's new concerns those which include five aspects:( 1) global governance is the axis and cornerstone of China's contemporary foreign strategy;( 2) the Belt and Road initiate should obey China's overall strategy of global governance;( 3) providing more global public goods becomes a rational choice;( 4) holistic governance outlook is the conceptual pillar of China's cognizing and promotion to global governance; and( 5) the advocacy of Human Destiny Community is a special contribution and responsibility to the procession of global governance. This article scans and analyses all the five issues above from the dimensions of strategy,practice,theory and value.
