小儿腹部肿瘤中彩色多普勒超声诊断的表现

摘　　要：目的对小儿腹部肿瘤患者实施彩色多普勒超声诊断表现分析。方法临床选取我院在2013年2月—2015年2月诊断的120例小儿腹部肿瘤患者,对患儿分别实施二维超声及彩色多普勒诊断,对比分析诊断结果。结果二维超声的临床诊断结果准确率为77.5%(93/120),彩色多普勒诊断准确率为96.7%(116/120),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿腹部肿瘤具有较高准确率,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of pediatric patients with abdominal tumor. Methods From February 2013 to February 2015 totally 120 cases of children with abdominal tumor,patients were implemented on two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler diagnosis,analyze and compare the diagnosis result.Results Two dimensional ultrasonic clinical diagnosis accurate rate was 77. 5%（ 93/120）,the accuracy of color Doppler diagnosis was 96. 7%（ 116/120）,there has a significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography diagnosis of abdominal tumor with high accuracy,and is worthy of popularization and application.
