摘  要:目的观察强生Vitros4600干化学分析仪参比液上机时间对电解质K+、Na+、Cl-测定结果的影响。方法随机收集门诊和住院患儿26份无溶血,无黄疸,无脂浊新鲜肝素锂抗凝血浆标本,子弹头分装后置-18℃冷冻保存。仪器在控,温、湿度在要求范围内,使用同一批号干片弹夹,参比液上机后即刻0h、24h、48h、72h电解质测定结果。结果测定结果与即时数据进行方差分析,72h内K+稳定P>0.05无显著差异,Na+/Cl-在24h后随时间延长,检测结果逐步降低,P<0.05有显著差异。结论为保证电解质测定的准确性及稳定性,参比液上机时间应控制在≤24h。Objective To observe effects of the machine time of Johnson Vitros 4600 dry chemical analyzer reference liquid on the detection results of electrolytes of K+,Na+and Cl-. Methods Random collection of outpatient and hospitalized children with 26 copies without hemolysis,jaundice,no lipid turbidity fresh heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma specimens,the bullet split rear-18℃ cryopreservation. Instrument in control,temperature,humidity in the required range using in the same batch of dry film clips,ginseng liquid on the machine after the instant 0h,24 h,48h,72 h electrolyte determination results. Results Determination results and instant data were analyzed by analysis of variance and within 72 h stability K+no significant difference,Na+/Cl-after 24 h with the extension of time,test results decreased gradually,there have significant differences. Conclusion In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of electrolyte was measured,the reference solution time should be controlled in 24 h.
