乳腺癌钼靶X线、CT、MRI表现特征及意义的研究

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌患者钼靶、CT、MRI表现特征及其临床意义。方法选取本院自2013年3月至2016年3月收治的乳腺癌患者98例作为研究对象,依据不同影像学的检查方法,对全部患者分别进行钼靶检查、MRI检查和CT检查,对比分析三种检查方法对乳腺癌的临床意义及其表现特征。结果经观察分析,钼靶、CT、MRI的检查准确率分别为75.3%、91.0%和96.2%,组间数据由统计学分析具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论钼靶检查对乳腺疾病的早期发现具有一定优势,而CT、MRI检查有利于乳腺疾病诊断检出率的提高。Objective To study the performance characteristics and clinical significance of patients with breast cancer mammography,CT,MRI Methods Breast cancer patients in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were treated 98 patients for the study,based on different methods of imaging examination,all patients were on mammography,MRI and CT examination,comparative analysis three methods of clinical significance in breast cancer and its performance characteristics. Results Observation and analysis,mammography,CT,MRI to check the accuracy rates were 75. 3%,91. 0% and96. 2%,inter-group statistical analysis of data from the obvious difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Mammography for early breast disease have certain advantages,and CT,MRI examination will help improve the detection rate of breast disease diagnosis.
