冷敷修复贴联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察冷敷修复贴联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将40例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组20例,对照组20例。治疗组给予冷敷修复贴每天1次及0.1%他克莫司软膏外用,每天2次,连用4周;对照组给予0.1%他克莫司软膏外用,每天2次,连用4周,两组均给予西替利嗪片口服10mg,每日1次,于治疗前、治疗2周及4周后分别观察患者的皮损情况、自觉症状及不良反应。结果治疗组2周及4周后有效率为83.08%,92.74%,对照组为60.34%,70.71%,临床疗效比较有统计学差异,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论他克莫司软膏联合冷敷修复贴治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效好、安全。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of 0. 1% tacrolimus ointment and cold repair dressing for facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis. Methods Forty patients were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group were given cold repair dressing once a day and 0. 1% tacrolimus ointment twice a day,the control group were given 0. 1% tacrolimus ointment twice a day,both group were treated with oral cetirizine 10 mg once a day. Observed the symptoms and adverse reactions before and after treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks. Results the symptoms and signs improved in varying degree in two groups,the observation group for 2 weeks,4 weeks,effective rates were 83. 08%,92. 74%. the control group for 2 weeks,4 weeks were 60. 34%,70. 71%,The difference between the two groups was statistially significant,and two groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Combination the therapy of tacrolimus ointment and cold repair dressing is effective and safe in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis.
