克罗米芬联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢并不孕症100例的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨克罗米芬联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢所致不孕症的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月至2016年3月南阳市第一人民医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例,观察组给予克罗米芬联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组给予单纯克罗米芬治疗,比较两组空腹胰岛素(FINS)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、空腹血糖(FPG)、促黄体激素(LH)、睾酮(T)等水平的变化,以及两组排卵率、妊娠率、早孕流产率、子宫内膜厚度等。结果两组FSH、LH、FPG、T比较差异显著(P<0.05),两组妊娠率、内膜厚度比较,差异也显著(P<0.05)。结论克罗米芬与二甲双胍联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症患者,能够优化病人体内的激素分泌,增加妊娠成功率,减少并发症,有很好的应用推广价值。Objective To investigate the Clomiphene joint effect of metformin in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary. Methods Selection in May 2013 to May 2016 Nanyang the First People＇s Hospital treated 100 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,the observation group was given Clomiphene joint metformin treatment,control group given simple g＇ treatment,compared two groups of fasting insulin（ FINS）,follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH）,fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,luteinizing hormone（ LH） and testosterone（ T） levels of change,and two groups of ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,pregnancy,abortion rate,endometrial thickness,etc. Results Two groups of FSH,LH,FPG,T more significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）,two groups of pregnancy rate,lining thickness,and significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Clomiphene and metformin combination therapy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome caused by infertility,to optimize patient hormone secretion,increase the success rate of pregnancy and reduce the complications and has a good application promotion value.
