应用三维重建法对下颌骨和颧弓与下颌角间宽的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 通过对一定数量的正常人群行下颌骨及颧弓测量后,对其各项指标进行相关性分析,以期在活体上通过直接测量下颌角间宽度来推算颧弓深度、长度、厚度及自身下颌骨的各项指标.方法 选择年龄在20～ 30岁的健康男性女性各19例,采用螺旋CT在正常牙尖交错位状态下行头部螺旋CT扫描.对颅骨进行三维重建,测量下颌骨及颧弓各项指标.结果 将测得数据采用统计学软件SPSS11.0进行线性回归分析,得出男性下颌体高为（33.43±3.19） mm,下颌支宽为（35.11±2.37） mm,下颌支高为（62.04±4.64）mm,下颌体长为（77.97±4.63） mm,颧弓深度为（12.38±1.35） mm,颧弓长度为（39.48±2.39） mm,P＜0.05.女性下颌体高为（30.96±2.30） mm,下颌支宽为（33.78±3.63） mm,下颌支高为（57.58±2.59） mm,下颌体长度为（71.83±4.70） mm,颧弓深度为（10.17±1.40） mm,颧弓长度为（36.64 ±2.46） mm,P＜0.05.结论 采用下颌角间宽来推算颧弓深度、长度、厚度及下颌骨自身各项指标,具有一定的临床参考意义.Objective To simply and directly analyze the relativity between the mandible and zygomatic arch by measuring the breadth between bilateral angles of the mandible in healthy adults,to obtain the indexes of the normal mandible and zygomatic arch.Methods Thirty-eight healthy adults aged 20 to 30 （19 males and 19 females） underwent head spiral CT scan in normal intercuspal position.3D reconstruction was carried out on the cranial bones and the mandible and zygomatic date were measured.Results Linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data with SPSS 11.0 statistic software.The results showed the following measurements in males：mandible height：（33.43 ± 3.19） mm,mandibile length：（35.11 ± 2.37） mm,width of mandible ramus：（62.04 ±4.64） mm,height of mandible ramus：（77.97 ±4.63） mm,depth of zygomatie：（12.38 ± 1.35） mm,length of zygomatie arch：（39.48 ± 2.39） rmm,P ＜ 0.05,while the measures in females were as follows：mandible height：（30.96 ± 2.30） mm,mandibile length：（33.78 ± 3.63） mm,width of mandible ramus：（57.58 ± 2.59） mm,height of mandible ramus：（71.83 ± 4.70） mm,depth of zygomatie：（10.17 ± 1.40） mm,length of zygomatic arch：（36.64 ± 2.46） mm,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion It is of certain significance to have reference values for calculating the depth and length of zygomatic arch and various indexes of the mandible and zygomatic arch by measuring the breadth between bilateral angles of the mandible simply and directly for the evaluation and forecasting of effects before and after operation in cosmetic and plastic surgery.
