2010—2015年育龄妇女人工流产原因分析比较

摘　　要：目的探讨近6年来育龄妇女人工流产的原因及相关因素。方法采集2010年1月—2015年12月在石家庄市第一医院妇科门诊手术室行人工流产的17 717例育龄妇女的资料。按时间分为6组：2010年组2 328例,2011年组2 634例,2012年组2 982例,2013年组3 241例,2014年组3 502例,2015年组3 030例。分析患者年龄、婚姻状态、学历、流产史、人工流产原因在各组所占的比例,比较逐年各组比例的变化,分析发生变化的原因。结果人工流产总数逐年增加,尤其是无痛人工流产,未婚、未避孕人群人工流产占很大比例;20~30岁及〉30~40岁是人工流产的主体年龄;意外妊娠是本次人工流产的主要原因,且意外妊娠率及稽留流产者人数逐年增加。结论近年来行人工流产者明显增加,尤其是无痛人工流产,在未婚、年轻人、低学历等人群中明显增加。Objective To study the reasons and related factors of abortion during the childbearing age women from 2010 to 2015.Methods Collected 17 717 childbearing age women who received abortion operation from january-2010 to december-2015 in the department of obstetrics and gynecology,the first hospital of Shijiazhuang were selected.There are six groups：2010group：2 328 cases,2011group：2 634cases;2012group：2 982cases;2013group：3 241cases;2014group：3 502cases;2015group：3 030 cases.According to different standards,there are different groups by analyzing proportion in each group of the patients＇ age,marital status,education,history of abortion,abortion reasons,and to compared these differences,and analyzed the cause of these change.Results The total number of abortions increased year by year In particular,painless induced abortion,unmarried patients,the abortion of unmarried people accounted for a large proportion of the population.The main ages of abortion are 20 to 30year and 30 to 40years old.Unwanted pregnancy is a major cause of this abortion.And the rate of accidental pregnancy and missed abortion is increasing year by year.Conclusion The number of abortion is significantly increased in recent years.Especially,painless artificial abortion in unmarried,young people,low education and other groups were increased significantly.
