摘 要:目的观察多酶生物膜洗涤剂对耳鼻咽喉科手术器械附着生物膜的清洗效果。方法随机抽取耳鼻咽喉科术后手术器械600件,分为多酶生物膜清洗剂组和普通清洗剂组各300件。目测、显微镜和扫描电镜下观察污物、杂质及生物膜清除效果。结果目测2组样品合格率为100.0%显微镜下观察:多酶生物膜清洗剂对耳鼻咽喉科术后器械上残留污物和杂质的清除率为95.0%,普通清洗剂为84.0%,多酶生物膜清洗剂去污物作用较普通清洗剂好(P<0.01);扫描电镜观察多酶生物膜清洗剂对生物膜的清除率为99.0%,普通清洗剂为94.0%,多酶生物膜清洗剂清除生物膜的作用较普通清洗剂好(P<0.01)。结论使用多酶生物膜清洗剂能有效清除耳鼻咽喉科器械上残留污物、杂质及生物膜。Objective To investigate the cleaning effect of multienzyme biofilm detergent for biofilm on the otolaryngology surgical instruments. Methods Selected 600 otolaryngology surgical instruments were randomly divided into group A(multienzyme biofilm detergent group)and group B(conventional detergent),each goup has 300 otdaryngdogy surgical instruments through visual inspection,microscope,and scanning electron microscope,to observe pollutants and biofilms cleaning rate.Results All instruments were qualified throuhg visual inspection after rinse by these two detergents respectively.95.0% of instruments in group A were qualified by microscope detection,84.0%in group B,and biofilm detergent had better cleaning effect than conventional detergent(P〈 0.01). Biofilm detergent remove biofilm rate was 99.0%,conventional detergent was 94.0%,and biofilm detergent had a better removal effect on biofilm than conventional detergent through scanning electron microscope investigation(P〈0.01).Conclusion Multienzyme biofilm detergent can clean pollutants and biofilms on the otolaryngology surgical instruments effectively.
