中药药浴护理技术临床应用的文献计量学研究

摘　　要：目的对中国知识资源总库(CNKI)中药药浴护理文献进行计量学分析,为开展相关研究提供参考。方法以CNKI 2000-2014年中药药浴护理的有关文献为数据源,利用Excel整理,按文献计量学方法进行统计,对中药药浴护理文献数量、年份分布、论文作者情况、研究资金资助情况、中药药浴相关主题词和文献类型等情况进行分析。结果 CNKI中检索到相关文献568篇,中药药浴护理研究热点集中在术后护理、糖尿病足、失眠等方面。结论中医护理操作技术之中药药浴已在临床得到较广泛应用,为了体现其优势,护理工作者应积极开展前瞻性、大样本、多中心的随机对照研究,提供更多的中医证据。Objective Bibliometric analysis of traditional Chinese medicine bath nursing literature in the library of China knowledge resources （CNKI）, to provide reference for relative researches. Methods Applying the traditional Chinese medicine bath nursing literature in CNKI as a data source, the authors analyzed the literature by Excel, ac- cording to the method of literature metrology, analyzing the number of the traditional Chinese medicine bath, the year distribution, The authors, research funding situation, subjects terms and types of literature etc. Results The number of literature in CNKI was 568. The hotpot of traditional Chinese medicine bath focus on postoperative nurs- ing, diabetic foot, insomnia, etc. Conclusion Though traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology of medicated bath have been widely used in clinic, to reflect their advantages, care workers should actively carry out prospective, large sample, multi center randomized controlled studies to provide more evidences of Chinese medicine.
