摘　　要：目前机械产品中螺纹孔的加工应用非常广泛,对于大型不规则零件的大尺寸螺纹孔加工主要采用旋风铣削设备。介绍了大螺纹孔旋风铣削技术的加工原理及特点,所用装置的结构原理及技术参数,总结了在实际生产中确定旋风铣削刀具参数的方法。At present, the application of threaded hole machining in mechanical products is very popular, but the machining of large threaded holes of large-sized irregular parts mainly depends on a whirlwind milling equipment.This paper mainly introduces the principle and characteristics of whirlwind milling technology of large threaded holes, and the structure principle and technical parameters the device uses. The method of determining the parameters of the whirlwind milling cutter in actual production is also summarized in this paper.
