摘  要:研究了不同的渗硼温度和渗硼时间对9Si Cr钢渗层厚度及表面硬度的影响。结果表明:在给定的试验条件下,从渗硼层综合力学性能和对基体性能的影响等因素综合考虑,9Si Cr钢最佳的渗硼工艺方案为渗硼温度880℃,渗硼时间5h,渗层厚度达到74.0μm,表面硬度为1450HV。The influences of different boronizing temperatures and time on the thickness of boronizing layer and the surface hardness of 9Si Cr steel were investigated. The results show that, under the assigned test conditions, from the consideration of the comprehensive mechanical property of boronizing layer and the matrix properties, the best boronizing process of 9Si Cr steel can be gotten while the boronizing temperature is 880℃ and the boronizing time is5 hours. The boronizing layer reaches 74.0μm and the surface hardness is 1450 HV.
