摘  要:历史文化具有很强的垄断性,是区域旅游产业发展的特色所在。成德同城化发展,如何将两地重量级、标志性的古蜀文化旅游资源"强强整合",构筑成德古蜀文化主题旅游体系?本文从市场经济的理论与实践层面,第一次从"资源——产品——市场"三个维度,对成德联袂打造世界级古蜀文化旅游目地做了初步研究。本文认为:政府牵头统筹发展规划,是两地成功"联袂打造"的前提;有效整合成德两地古蜀文化旅游资源,乃是成功"联袂打造"的基础;着眼市场,开发旅游产品,是两地成功"联袂打造"的关键所在;整合营销、拓展市场,是成功"联袂打造"的重要保证。History and culture have a strong trait of monopoly, which represents the features of regional tourism industry development. Along with the development of Chengdu-Deyang urban integration, how can we integrate the two city's strengths, the outstanding and symbolic Ancient Shu Culture tourism resources, to construct the tourist system of Ancient Shu Culture theme resources? This paper, from the aspect of theory and practice of the market economy, and, for the first time, from three dimensions of "resources--products--market", carries out a preliminary study to build a world-class tourist destination of Ancient Shu Culture together. This paper argues that it is the premise of successfully creating together that the government should lead overall development plan, and it is the base of successfully creating together to effectively integrate the tourism resources of the Ancient Shu Culture resources in both cities. It is also the key of successfully creating together to focus on the market and develop tourism products, and it is the important guarantee of successfully creating together to integrated marketing and develop the market.
