摘　　要：目的:观察异常黑胆质成熟剂(ASMq)对不同抑郁动物模型行为学的影响,探讨ASMq的抗抑郁作用。方法:采用小鼠强迫游泳、悬尾应激、利血平拮抗实验以及大鼠慢性应激抑郁模型实验,分别用ASMq低、中、高剂量(小鼠2.0、4.0、8.0 g·kg-1;大鼠1.5、3.0、6.0 g·kg-1)对上述模型进行全程干预,观察ASMq的抗抑郁作用效果。结果:ASMq能明显缩短小鼠强迫游泳不动时间(P<0.01)、悬尾不动时间(P<0.01);具有拮抗利血平所致的体温下降(P<0.01)、眼睑下垂(P<0.01)及运动不能(P<0.01)作用,并呈明显的剂量依赖关系(P<0.05);与正常组相比,慢性应激抑郁模型组大鼠糖水摄入量减少,敞箱实验中水平运动、站立次数明显下降,处于抑郁状态。ASMq干预组能够增加糖水摄入量、水平运动及站立次数(P<0.01)。结论:ASMq能够改善不同抑郁动物模型的行为学缺损,具有明显的抗抑郁作用。Objective： To evaluate the behavioral changes in different animal models of depression for investigatethe antidepressant-like effects of Abnormal Savda Munziq （ASMq）. Methods： Forced swimming test, tail suspension test, reserpine reversal test were applied in the study. ASMq low, medium, high doses were 2. 0, 4. 0, 8.0 g· kg- 1 for mice, respectively, and 1.5, 3.0, 6. 0 g · kg-1 for rat to explore the antidepressant - like effects of ASMq. Results： ASMq significantly shortened immobility time in forced swimming （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and tail suspension tests （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and ameliorated reserpine-induced behavioral impairment （ P 〈 0.01 ）, ptosis （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and reduced autonomic activity （ P 〈 0. 01 ） in a dose-dependent manner. ASMq significantly increased sugar consumption, horizontal and vertical activities in open-field test in chronic mild unpredictable stress model of depression in rat. Conclusion： ASMq showed significant antidepressant-like effects by improve behavioral defects of animal model of depression.
