摘 要:回收件质量的不确定性使得再制造的加工路径、工序工时具有随机性,极大地增加了生产调度的难度。研究分派规则和回收件输入序列对再制造系统性能和生产调度的影响。采用C++语言编制再制造系统调度仿真程序,用来模拟再制造系统动态运行过程,并求解再制造系统的性能指标。在分析再制造生产线特性的基础上,设计了总流程时间最小、跳跃次数最小等多种分派规则,通过实验设计分析不同规则对生产线性能的影响,评估各分派规则的优劣及其适应性;采用改进的离散人工蜂群算法进行寻优,以获取最优回收件输入序列。通过与标杆Nawaz-Enscore-Ham(NEH)规则的对比分析,验证提出的改进人工蜂群算法在再制造系统生产调度中的有效性。With the uncertainty in returns' quality, the processing time and process route in remanufacturing system have random characters,which bring great difficulties for scheduling. In order to study the influence of dispatching rules and return input sequence on the performance of remanufacturing system,a simulation model is established and verified by C+-}- for the actual system performing process and accurate performance indicators. Several dispatching rules are designed based on the characterization of the production line, such as minimum total process time and minimum number of jumping, etc. By design of the experiments, the effect of each rule on system performance is obtained. In addition, the improved discrete artificial bee colony algorithm (DABC) is designed to optimize the input sequence of the returns. By comparing with the benchmark of Nawaz-Enscore-Ham (NEH) rule, the improved DAB(; shows its validity in solving the scheduling problem of remanufacturing system.
