摘　　要：基于中老龄（50~69岁）移动应用问卷调查的统计结果制定了相应操作任务试验，通过结合认知心理学理论和用户任务视频数据分析，总结出知觉与注意、辨识、记忆存储、观念习惯这4个影响老年人使用移动应用的认知因素，并分别阐述了各因素的具体特征。A qualitative user-test study was presented in which specific operating tasks were designed based on the statistical outcomes of a questionnaire survey among older people about their use of APPs. Video data analysis was conducted. According to the results, four key cognitive factors that affect the older people＇s use of APPs were identified, including cognition and attention, recognition, memory, and attitude and habits. The specific characteristics of each factor were outlined.
