探讨风险管理在心血管护理管理中的效果

摘　　要：目的分析、研究风险管理在心血管护理管理中的效果。方法选心血管疾病患者96例,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上,给予风险管理。观察并比较2组患者的护理效果与满意程度。结果护理之后,观察组护理满意度(97.92%)显著优于对照组(83.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管护理管理中采取风险管理,有利于降低护理风险,提升护理效率和质量,提高患者满意度,值得临床广泛推广及应用。Objective To analyze the effect of risk management in cardiovascular nursing management. Methods 96 patients with cardiovascular disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group was given the conventional nursing, and the risk management was given. Observe and compare the nursing effect and satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group （97.92%） was significantly better than the control group （83.33%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking risk management in cardiovascular nursing management is conducive to reducing nursing risks, improving nursing efficiency and quality and improving patient satisfaction, which is worthy of extensive clinical popularization and application.
