摘 要:空载工况下,相同控制压力、变速器速比存在差异,针对该现象,研究了空载工况下推力平衡原理及影响因素。从理论上计算了空载工况下的平衡推力比,通过台架试验,研究了速比、从动缸压力与主动轮转速对平衡推力比的影响。无负载工况下的理论模型表明,平衡推力比与主从锥轮工作包角的比值成比例关系,试验验证了理论模型的正确性。试验表明,速比对推力比的影响较大,推力比与速比呈单调递减的关系,这种关系不受从动缸压力的影响,主动轮转速对推力比的影响可以忽略。研究空载工况下推力比的平衡原理,可为进一步研究无级变速器及金属带之间的传动机理提供了理论与试验依据。Under condition of zero torque, speed sions (CVT) have the same control pressure. In order ratio is different even if continuously variable transmisto investigate the phenomena, the thrust balance model and its impact factors is researched under no load condition. The theoretical balance thrust ratio is calculated under no load condition. Through test bench experiment, impacts on balance thrust ratio from speed ratio, secondary pressure and primary pulley speed are researched. The theoretical model shows that balance thrust is proportional to the ratio between primary and secondary working wrap angle, and this analysis results is verified through test bench experiment. Other experimental results are as follows. Speed ratio impacts thrust ratio significantly through a monotonically decreasing relationship and this relationship is not affected by secondary pressure. Impacts from primary pulley speed can be ignored. The balance mechanisms of thrust ratio under no load condition is researched and theoretical and experimental basis for further research on transmission principles between CVT and metal belt is provided.
