摘 要:为了探讨厌氧消化处理的城市污泥在园林利用方面的可行性,测定了厌氧消化处理的城市污泥的重金属含量,并采用盆栽实验研究城市污泥与锯末不同配比作为绿化基质对三叶草(Trifolium repens L.)种子萌发和种苗生长的影响。经过测定,污泥中重金属含量均达到国家园林绿化标准。盆栽实验结果表明,复配基质中污泥含量为30%-50%时,其理化性质适宜植物的栽培。复配基质中污泥含量为40%的时,三叶草种子的萌发和种苗生长最佳,发芽势、发芽率、苗高、根长、干重、鲜重分别比普通营养土提高了3.0%、2.0%、4.4%、2.6%、2.7%、4.0%。In order to explore the feasibility of using urban sludge treated by anaerobic digestion m park lanuscape, me heavy metal contents of urban sludge were measured after anaerobic digestion. A pot experiment was conducted to study the influence of growing substrates formed by urban sludge and sawdust with different proportions on the seed germination and seedling growth of clovers (Trifolium repens L.). The heavy metal contents in the sludge reached the national park afforesting standards. In the pot experiment, when the contents of sludge in the compound substrates were 30%-50%, the physicochemical property was suitable for the cultivation of plants. When the contents of sludge in the compound substrates was 40%, it would be the best condition for seed germination and seedling growth of clovers. The germination potential, germination rate, seedling height, root length, dry weight and fresh weight increased 3.0%, 2.0%, 4.4%, 2.6%, 2.7% and 4.0%, respectively, over those of cloves planted in common nutritional soil.
